Sea Pines Montessori Academy has been given the date of Wednesday, December 16, 2009, for the second H1N1 vaccination. The clinic will begin at 8:30 a.m. On Friday, December 4th, forms were sent home with those students age nine (9) and under who will need the second booster injection. If you have not received this form or if you are now interested in having the vaccination, please let me know so I can send the appropriate forms home with your child. Please return the permission forms as soon as possible, as I will need to give DHEC the final count of shots needed by December 11th.

Again, parents will need to plan to be in attendance with their child during the vaccination.
