Week of January 25th – 29th Summary

Important Upcoming Date Reminders:

• The Lower Elementary Golf Program begins Monday, February 1st at Harbour Town Golf Links. Parents, read more here. Be sure to return the assessment form here on Monday and to have your child wear the specified uniform.

• Since January 17th families have been bringing in non-perishable food for ‘The Souper Bowl of Caring’ drive in the basket in the foyer. Friday, February 5th will be the highlight of ‘The Souper Bowl of Caring’ drive when we will have two large pots that will have logos representing each team going to the Super Bowl. We will be out at morning carpool collecting spare change. You can put it in the team pot you think will win the Super Bowl. All non-perishable food collected through February 5th and spare change collected will go to Deep Well.

Souper Bowl of Caring uses the energy around our nation’s biggest sporting event to mobilize and inspire youth to fight hunger and poverty. Students develop a stronger connection to their communities as they collect food and raise money for charities that provide shelter to the homeless, food to the hungry and compassion to those in need. More info here.
