The monthly Community Meeting will take place Tuesday, April 20th at 6:30 pm. Please, when you arrive, go to your child’s classroom where the teachers will share, in commemoration of Earth Day on April 22nd, what each classroom does to help reduce waste and protect our natural resources.

At 7 pm we will convene as a large group and the Environmental Committee will present information about the EcoSchool Certification process which is underway, the new Kitchen Garden, and the upcoming Rain Garden! Come learn how SPMA is getting more green!

A representative from Karma Balm will be on hand taking orders for several groovy eco-friendly balms and chapstick for $7 each. A whopping 50% of the sales will be returned to the SPMA Environmental Committee to raise funds to help maintain the kitchen garden and 1% goes to our planet’s charities. Bring some money for a good cause! Testers will be available. Payment due when order is placed, not when delivered. Cash & checks only – thanks!
