Important Upcoming Date Reminders:

• The Annual SPMA Blueprint Review Workshop will be Saturday, May 22nd at 9:00 am. Read the current Blueprint and bring to the workshop your questions and suggestions. The entire SPMA community is invited to attend this important meeting.

• SPMA Yearbooks are here! They will be available for pick up in the lobby the morning of Tuesday, May 25th to parents who pre-paid for their orders. There are 15 extra yearbooks available (1 per family, please) which will be available Tuesday morning for $35 each. Additional copies will also be made available directly from Shutterfly later in the week. More information regarding that will be posted soon. Please contact the SPMA Booster Club with any questions.

• Manatees Poets Cafe is scheduled for Thursday, May 27th at 6:30 pm. Manatee families are invited to attend this artsy evening.

• Potluck Picnic on the Playground Friday, May 28th! Please be sure to sign up here so that we know you’re coming and what type of dish you’d like to bring. What a way to celebrate another great SPMA school year – great friends, delicious homemade food and fun on the playground!! Bring your yearbooks so friends and teachers can autograph them!!

• No School Monday, May 31st for Memorial Day.

• WE DID IT! SPMA has been chosen as Progressive Technology’s Annual Outreach CharITy!! Read about it here! A BIG THANKS to all of you who helped make this happen on Facebook.

• Donate your child & teen athletic shoes to our friends in Tanzania! They will be transported with SPMA teacher Anne Hinely who will be visiting the St. Augustine Primary School in Dar es Salaam again this Summer!
