1. Big Event (Scarecrow Walkabout & Harvest Moon Gala) Meeting Friday, September 17th @ 8:30 am in lobby. We need volunteers!!!

2. Auction donation drop-off in front office basket, additional forms available there as well. Donations for Big Event due by October 15th please to allow time for processing.

3. Sponsorship for Scarecrow Walkabout due this Friday, September 17th, $100 sponsorship ad on community posters. Only 6 spots left….

4. Any room parent that has not received scarecrow supplies please email the Booster Club and we will arrange pick-up.

5. Volunteers for event day transportation of all equipment and set-up at Forest Preserve are needed. Please email the Booster Club.
