Just a reminder that there will be a SPMA Booster Club Big Event (Scarecrow Walkabout & Harvest Moon Lowcountry Celebration) Meeting Friday, October 1st at 8:30 AM.

We will walk or drive over to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve to look at the venue and hold the meeting there if it is not raining. In the event of rain, we will meet in the lobby at school. All Room Parents are encouraged to attend to look over the space and map out a route for the Scarecrow walkabout. Wear sneakers and your bug spray!

Big Event Wish List
As you all know we are in the process of planning our Harvest Moon Oysters & Auction Lowcountry Celebration. This year’s event will be held at the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and with our venue being outside we are in need of a few items.

Drop off: Friday, October 22 anytime
Event: Saturday, October 23 at 7-10pm

• Globe lighting/Outdoor Lighting (preferably solar)
• Tiki Torches
• Twinkle Lights
• Heavy Duty Extension Cords
• 6-8ft rectangular tables
• Square/round tables
• Card Tables
• Glass racks, to stack our glassware in
• Large Constructions Lights

If you have any of these items and are willing to let the event team borrow them, please email the Booster Club and we can set up drop off at the school. Please label your item with your name/business and it will be ready for pick up on Sunday at SPMA around 3pm. Thank you for all your support in bringing this event to life.
