SPMA Booster Club Notes:

• Commemorative HHI Scarecrow t-shirt order forms will be circulated Monday, October 11th.

• The Harvest Moon Celebration invitations have been sent home via your child’s bag. Please RSVP by Friday, October 15th.

• Big Event Auction Donation Forms here. Big Event Wish List is here. We’re counting on each family to secure at least one donation item, either from yourself or a local merchant. Deadline for donations is Tuesday, October 19th at the Community Meeting.

• The Booster Club needs all hands on deck Saturday, October 23rd to help set-up, orchestrate and clean up the Scarecrow Walkabout and Harvest Moon Celebration. Please indicate which shift works best for you here. Thank you!!

• Each classroom will be working on their scarecrow this coming week. Please email your Room Parent to inform if you can lend a helping hand.

• Box Tops, Harris Teeter (relink card with SPMA 2563-VIC PIN) Publix Partner Cards (if you need one email the Booster Club and we will send one home with student). Details here.

School Notes:

• SPMA is on WHHI-TV! Check out our interviews and commercials here! Lowcountry Child airs at 7:30 pm daily on Channel 3.

• Starting Monday, October 4th through the month of November, SPMA will be hosting a food drive for Deep Well. The collection sites are in the foyer of the school in the two brown baskets. We are asking for families to bring in non-perishable food items. Here is a list of specific foods Deep Well needs for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners for families.

Canned:

Cranberry sauce
Green Beans
Corn
Yams
Pumpkin
Fruit can be in a jar

Boxed:

Corn bread mix
Stuffing mix

Packets of Gravy mix too.
