1 Mile Fun Run for Peace
There is a $5 registration fee (form) for all participants in the Fun Run. All SPMA families and friends are invited to attend. Preprimary, Primary and Lower Elementary students must be accompanied by a registered adult during the run. The race check-in will start around 8:15 and the race will begin at 8:30 from the front of the school. Come in your best holiday hat and dress warmly. (Registration fee will be $10.00 the day of the event.)
Healthy Breakfast, Holiday Raffle, Cake Walk and Bake Sale!
The breakfast will be immediately following the Fun Run. The cost of the breakfast is $20.00 per family and will include food, warm drinks and crafts for the children to create and take home. We will have a delicious and nutritious Bake Sale. Please plan to purchase your baked treats for the holidays for your friends or neighbors. The children can participate in our Cake Walk to win goodies.
The Room Parents have worked very hard to help the children create classroom holiday crafts for our raffle. The items being raffled include a seaside wreath, potted snowman, candy cane advent calendar, full-size lighted Christmas Carol tree, hand-stitched quilt, hand-painted advent calendar and a Shrinky Dink decorated tree. Raffle tickets will be sold and they will be placed in the jars of the items you would like to win.
Raffle Tickets can be purchased and cost $5 for 1, $10 for 3 or $25 for 10. You will be able to purchase raffle tickets to win the class projects or participate in the Cake Walk.
Don’t forget your Toys for Tots donation. Please bring a new unwrapped toy for any age child.
Each family is encouraged to bring a healthy baked item for the Bake Sale and Cake Walk. These can be dropped off starting Thursday, December 9th.
For those unable to attend the Celebration, please stop by the school atrium and take a look at the class projects. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase in the front office before Saturday.
Any parent or friend that would like to volunteer to help out please contact the SPMA Booster Club or your child’s room parent.
