Per SPMA’s policy to follow the Beaufort County School District in the event of severe weather delays and closings, please be advised that, as of 9:30 pm Sunday, there will be a two-hour delay to the start of the school day on Monday, January 10th.

Upper School will start at 10:15 and Lower School will start at 10:30. Please dress your students warmly and please make sure all coats, hats and mittens are labeled with your child’s name.

Please check with the Beaufort County School website in the morning to learn if additional delays or closings have been posted. SPMA will follow accordingly. Your family’s safety is of utmost importance to us.

01/09/2011 9:30 pm ***Important Weather Update: Two Hour Delay***

Although accumulation is not expected, Beaufort County Schools will open two hours later on Monday, January 10. Students who ride buses will be picked up two hours later than normal schedule.

Another weather update will be posted at 5 a. m. Monday morning.
