Important Upcoming Dates:

• On Saturday, April 30th from 10 am to 12 pm there will be an annual SPMA Blueprint Review Workshop. All parents and staff are invited. More details about this workshop are here.

• On Tuesday, May 3rd from 6:30 to 8 pm the Annual Open Board Meeting will take place. All parents and staff are invited to attend this important meeting led by the SPMA Board of Trustees.

• Mother’s Day will be celebrated by Lower Elementary on Thursday, May 5th at 8:15 – 9 am and by Preprimary at 11:30 am. Mother’s Day will be celebrated by Primary, Upper Elementary & Middle School on Friday, May 6th at 8:15 – 9 am.

• The Upper School Science Fair will take place at 2 pm on Thursday, May 5th.

School Notes:

• Lots of new SPMA Shutterfly photos: The Art of Conservation, Middle School at Williamsburg and the Children’s Museum of Environmental Art Sculptures Reception.

• SPMA is collecting Books for Tanzania during the month of May. Please bring in any gently used or new books to donate and place them in the large baskets in the foyer.

• Watch WHHI/Lowcountry Child SPMA videos here. The latest April episode covers features SPMA students telling why they love their school. It’s a MUST SEE!

• Order forms for Bess’ lunch are due each Friday by 10 am for the following week. Lunches can be ordered for 1 to 5 days per week. Call Bess at 785-2377 with questions and for full menu options.

• Every Friday is Spirit Day! Go to ShopSPMA to click into Land’s End school uniform shop.
