SPMA Booster Club Seeks Officers!
As plans for the new school year begin to take shape, the SPMA Booster Club is seeking officers for the following positions:
Vice President of Social Events ~ Helps organize parents and room parents involvement in all events. Assist the president in public relations functions such as School Social Events.
Vice President of Fundraiser ~ Helps with all in-house fundraisers such as: Green Apple Boutique, Box Tops and Grocery Store Fundraisers. Helps staff and direct the committees associated with the special events and fundraisers throughout the school year.
Secretary ~ Must be at all meetings to take minutes of the Organization, will publish minutes so the President can then present them to the Board of Trustees. Maintains all records for the SPMA Booster Club activities.
Treasurer ~ Maintains the SPMA Booster Club records on income and expenditures from each event and presents them at all meetings, provides all necessary records to charitable donors and creates invoices for all special events and fundraising committee events.
Please email the Booster Club with questions and/or to nominate yourself or a friend for a position. SPMA wouldn’t be quite the wonderful school it is without the dedication and enthusiasm of the SPMA Booster Club which helps fund school operating expenses and student scholarships through festivities such as The Big Event (dinner/auction), RGB Heritage Golf Tournament concession booth, Fishing Tournament and other fun parties throughout the school year.
