Important Upcoming Dates:

• There will be a planning meeting for the Scarecrow Walkabout fundraiser on Tuesday, August 30th at 5:30 pm AND on Friday, September 2nd at 8:45 am in the atrium. Party planners, organizers, artists and seekers of fun are encouraged to attend. Support SPMA and meet other parents too!

• The Land’s End school uniform penny logo sale starts Tuesday, August 30th.

• SPMA will celebrate the birthday of Dr. Maria Montessori on Wednesday, August 31st.

• Please return all student forms by Wednesday, August 31st.

• Please take note of the social and community event dates below. These are in addition to the dates provided on the official school calendar. If you did not receive a hard copy at the Back to School Night and would like one, you may pick one up in the front office. *Please note one correction: December 1st is a Thursday. Violin Recitals will be on Thursday, December 1st*

• The amazing Mrs. Perry is seeking “good trash” for art supplies. Here is her wish list. Think twice before tossing your household items! Send them in with your child at morning carpool.

Booster Club:

• The Scarecrow Walkabout will take place on Saturday, October 22nd from 12:30 to 3 pm with a Harvest Moon celebration featuring dinner, music and auction later in the evening.
