Important Upcoming Dates:

• To celebrate our amazing families, a SPMA Community Mural and Feast event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15th. Please see the invitation here and RSVP to Chris Harris by email or by calling 785-2534.

• Please consider bringing in food donations for Deep Well which will be picked up for Thanksgiving on Friday, November 18th. Thank you!

• There will be a Fall Athletic Banquet on Monday, November 21st from 6:30 to 8 pm. Please call 785-2534 for more information.

• Our annual SPMA Grandparents Day is on Tuesday, November 22nd. Please see the Preprimary invitation and the Primary & Upper School invitation.

• There will be NO SCHOOL for all students on Wednesday, November 23rd through Friday, November 25th for Thanksgiving. School will resume on Monday, November 28th.

School Notes:

• During your Parent-Teacher Conference you should have received a SPMA Discipline Policy Contract to sign and return. Please click here to read the 2011-12 SPMA Student Discipline Policy online.

• Stock up on warm school uniforms during Land’s End Friends & Family Sale November 10th – 15th. Use preferred school code #900131731.

• Tell Your Friends! SPMA Campus Tours are available every Tuesday at 9:30 am. Please call Shannon Alford at 843-785-2534 to make an appointment.

• Mrs. Perry is again requesting assorted “funky junk” and “good garbage” as the children have dwindled the supply creating amazing works of up-cycled art. The art bins are especially in need of unwrappped, clean tin cans. All food containers need to be dry and super clean. Use your imagination and consider each piece of trash or recycling before you send it away…it could instead become a creative piece of tomorrow’s SPMA artistic expression!

• Student and staff lunch orders from Bess’ Deli (order form here) are due each Friday by 10 AM for the following week.

• SPMA Spirit Day is every Friday. Please wear your SPMA logo wear to school.
