Sea Pines Montessori Academy Students Share Abundance During the Holidays
Sea Pines Montessori Academy (SPMA) students recently collected $723.97 for UNICEF through the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF program, a national program which helps aid children around the globe.
Following the SPMA Community Feast on Tuesday, November 15th, families, students and staff donated the remaining food to the local St. Luke’s Church charitable outreach food program which helps to feed local citizens in need.
On Tuesday, November 22nd the SPMA Middle School students traveled to the local Deep Well food pantry headquarters to deliver school-wide collected non-perishable food items and helped to stock the pantry shelves.
These are several of the ways Sea Pines Montessori Academy gives back to its local and global community.
