Parent Testimonials

“The 2007/2008 school year will be our sixth year at Sea Pines Montessori, and we knew from the start that is was the best choice for our children. We have watched our daughter grow into a well-rounded second grader, and our son become an inquisitive pre-K student. SPMA provides a loving, nurturing, and motivating environment for our children, along with a challenging curriculum.”

“We have been at Sea Pines Montessori since 1996. We have had two children graduate after their kindergarten year ended. We are so blessed to be able to keep Cooper here for his elementary years. We have always felt there is no better or safer place for our children to attend school. The Montessori experience is like no other education. Our children have learned how to respect themselves and others. They have learned to love learning. They will absolutely be better people because of the educational experiences and life lessons they have had at Sea Pines Montessori.”

“My daughter loves going to school and is thriving . What more could a parent want? The experienced teachers, beautiful learning materials and the Montessori method is a perfect fit. She is encouraged to explore her own interests, while at the same time honing her basic academic skills. The love of learning that is emphasized and promoted at Sea Pines Montessori is priceless.”

“As Montessorians since 2002, we feel blessed that Sea Pines Montessori Academy has expanded our horizon by offering the Elementary Program. It has lifted the burden of where to send our children next. For us, Montessori is a way of “Family Life,” and we grow more enthusiastic each day as we watch our children continue to grow in to beautifully balanced individuals ready for the world!”

“After we had our first child, my husband insisted that he go to Sea Pines Montessori even though we lived in Beaufort at the time! I must admit I thought this was a little extreme, but my husband was a SPMA alum and a student of the legendary Maxine Swingle. He always said that his time at Sea Pines Montessori was one of the best parts of his childhood growing up on Hilton Head Island. So yes, I commuted my two year old to Hilton Head to attend Sea Pines Montessori, and now he and his brother and sister are all still there! My eldest is now a 5th grader in the new Elementary program, and we couldn’t be happier. The Montessori Method is the best way to educate our children, and we will forever be thankful to the SPMA family for making it possible.”
