Important Upcoming Dates:
• No events are scheduled next week January 9th – 13th.
• There will be NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, January 16th to honor the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.. It will be an IN SERVICE day for faculty.
• On Tuesday, January 17th there will be a SPMA Open House for prospective (new and rising) families at 9 am and at 5:30 pm. Please share this news with your friends!

School Notes:
• The Humane Association Bone Drive has begun! Please bring in milk bone dog biscuits and place them in the tall baskets in the foyer. The Middle School students will deliver the bones to the local shelter.

SPMA Booster Club:
• The Booster Club is collecting Box Tops in the basket in the foyer and you can shop online with major retailers to earn Bonus Box Tops. Help us reveal our Mystery Guest!!

There will be a Coffee with the Head of School in the atrium on Friday, January 6th at 8:30 am. All families are invited to attend and new families are especially encouraged.
We hope everyone has enjoyed safe and happy holidays. Please remember that school resumes for all students on Tuesday, January 3rd. There is an All Staff In-Service Day on Monday, January 2nd.

Sign up your SPMA student for the Bricks4Kidz Winter Break Camp and the SPMA Booster Club will receive 50% of your camper fee!
Camp dates are Monday, December 19th through Friday, December 23rd from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm at the Bricks4Kidz Creativity Center at 42 New Orleans Road. Join Bricks4Kidz for a week full of LEGO motorized and architectural model building and all kinds of games with and around LEGO bricks.
Camp is recommended for ages 6-10, however Bricks4Kidz is inviting younger SPMA Kindergarten students too! Camper fee is $135 per student for the full week. Day rates are available too – please inquire. Enrollment is open to the first 10 SPMA students.
