• On Saturday, June 1st there will be an SPMA Family Beach Day from 9 am to 12 noon at Coligny Beach.

• There will be a faculty in-service week Monday, June 3rd through Thursday, June 6th. Teacher hours  will be 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Thursday. Front office hours will be 8 am to 3 pm Monday through Wednesday.

• There will be a Parent Ed Café on the topic of the Primary Transition for parents of rising Primary students on Monday, June 3rd at 8:30 am.

• There will be a Parent Ed Café on the topic of the Lower Elementary Transition for parents of rising First Year students on Tuesday, June 4th at 8:30 am.

• There will be a Parent Ed Café on the topic of the Middle School Transition for parents of rising Seventh Year students on Thursday, June 6th at 8:30 am.

• There will be a Volunteer Reward Night on Saturday, June 8th from 5:30 to 10:30 pm. Please contact the front office to make a reservation.

When school resumes Tuesday, May 28th through Friday, May 31st, SPMA will be collecting the following:

  • change (coins), dollars or other monetary donations
  • infant formula
  • baby bottles
  • baby diapers
  • baby wipes
  • clothing (baby, child, adult)
  • toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc.
  • backpacks
  • toys
  • coloring books & crayons
  • shoes (baby, child, adult)
  • bath towels
  • books
  • stuffed animals

Think of the basic items that get you and your family through the day and consider making a donation. We will be collecting the items above and similar, but not food other than baby formula.

The school will also need shipping items (boxes and tape) as well as donations for postage. If you are able to help in this regard, please email Melinda Cotter directly.

• There will be an early dismissal for ALL STUDENTS on Friday, May 31st at 11:30 am to celebrate the last day of school!!

• Friday, May 27th is SPMA Day at Watusi.

• On Saturday, June 1st there will be an SPMA Family Beach Day from 9 am to 12 noon at Coligny Beach.
